At Snowverb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
